Development of the core muscles of the trunk, improves strength, stability, and posture, and allows for graceful and easeful movement.

"I am enjoying the many live online classes! With experienced instructors and a variety of classes, I am happy to show up in class when previously my exercise would slip by. I continue to notice the vast change in my strength and flexibility, all from my own living room! "    - A. S.
